What is a good fitness dvd for loosing weight?
I want to loose about 20 pounds in 1 month. I am very lazy and I would like to get a fitness dvd that is helpful but you don’t have to work as hard. Unlike the Jillian Michael’s dvd. Thankyou very much.
pretty much if you want to lose weight and do it the healthy way, you can’t be lazy. i know its hard to start getting motivated, but what kinds of things have you tried? and why cant you get motivated?
things that help motivated are working out with a friend, switching up your exercises and workout programs and activities so it doesnt get monotonous and boring.
i always try to get my friend to go running with me and he’s so lazy! but he hates it because it’s not fun and its boring. so, he happens to LOVE racquetball, so we play that for up to 3 hours some days.
dont feel bad about not wanting to bust you ass for hours a day because most people dont want to do that.
but you really are going to have to challenge yourself a little if you want to lose weight. make it fun and be creative and hopefully that will help.
like the person above, Jillian Michaels is GREAT!!! her stuff is definitely hard but do it with someone else. her dvd “30 day shred” is awesome. its only 20 minutes long but its hard and definitely pays off. also, tae bo is great too. if you like dancing, find a dancing dvd that will burn calories. good luck and hopefully this helps.

$12.88 The Impossebulls are a progressive rap group who are hard at work changing and advancing the way we conceive of rap and its creative processes. Misery [Blu-ray/DVD]
$18.96 Romance author Paul Sheldon (James Caan) longs for parting with Misery. Sheldon's plucky heroine of seven novels has delivered Sheldon fame and fortune and recognition beyond the average writer's dreams, but she is also interminably linked to him. Determined to escape an eternal role as dimestore novelist, he kills her off in the eighth novel and heads to his New England cabin to work on his own Great American Novel. Upon completion, Sheldon excitedly sets out for his New York City publisher in the midst of a raging blizzard and within minutes veers into a desolate snowbank. From the brink of death, he is rescued from the snow by Annie Wilkes (Kathy Bates), who just so happens to be Misery's self-professed biggest fan. At first, she nurses him back to health in her remote cabin, telling him the roads and phones are knocked out by the storm, fawning over his literary accomplishments. However, things change when she purchases his eighth Misery book and reaches the point of Misery's death. Annie's psychotic underbelly swiftly surfaces as the unfortunate author is held clandestinely captive in her home. Meanwhile, a wily small-town sheriff (Richard Farnsworth) circles in....Director Rob Reiner's adaptation of Stephen King's novel is an eerie tale of obsessiveness and isolation. The film features an excellent turn by Caan and an Oscar-winning performance by Bates. Copyright (C) Muze Inc. 2005. For personal use only. All rights reserved. |

Slither [HD/DVD Hybrid]
$20.48 Here's a gooey, hilarious, creepy horror film for the whole mutant cannibal family. Michael Rooker (HENRY: PORTRAIT OF A SERIAL KILLER) stars as Grant, a big bald guy from a small southern town who gets possessed by a meat-hungry parasite worm creature from space. Even under the alien influence he still loves his wife, Starla (Elizabeth Banks), but she's alarmed at his weird new habits, such as consuming all the local wildlife. The sheriff in town (Nathan Fillion) investigates. He still carries a torch for Starla from when they were kids, but once the squirming, slithering, and cannibalism begin in earnest, it becomes clear that this is no time for romance. SLITHER's combination of interesting characters, deadpan humor, gore aplenty, and genuine scares earns it a place alongside cult classics like RE-ANIMATOR and the various LIVING DEAD and EVIL DEAD films. Director/writer James Gunn wrote 2004's DAWN OF THE DEAD before this, and it's abundantly clear where his loyalties lie: SLITHER aims its acid-dripping, brain-sucking tongue right into the hearts of horror fans. Heads explode, monsters squiggle into gaping mouths, tentacles wrap around Banks's negligee-clad body, and the sheriff takes it all in his stride. There's even a twisted intergalactic love story somewhere in the chaos, as well as hordes of in-jokes for the fans. Copyright (C) Muze Inc. 2005. For personal use only. All rights reserved. |
